LJ: Banality rocks.

For all the hub-bub and ceremony of last week, this weekend and today have progressed as uneventfully as humanly possible. I talked to my mom last night (heh... I said, "my mom") and she had zero new news for me from the PA hinterlands. The biggest event of today thus far has been my hearing a punk-ish remake of Turning Japanese and my moving my taskbar from the top edge to the bottom of my screen here.

Andy Delmore's playing for Nashville. How in the world did I miss that last year. And did John Vanbiesbrouk retire? He's part of the reason I started watching hockey to begin with, the way he played in the '96 finals. Ah well... Even Mario Lemieux had to retire at some point, right?
