Can't keep a good idea down

The Milboard iTunes 40 makes a triumphant return after a four month hiatus. Hopefully the problems I had with the first incarnation of the chart have been dealt with. But, as with last time, the final words about the chart are now and shall ever be, "We'll see how it goes."
