Back in the saddle

I have returned from my whirlwind tour of the Midwest and will write something about the trip in the week to come. Suffice it to say now that I am back... not so much in the "saddle" as "big, comfy desk chair," but you get the point.

Just these two notes today:

1) While I was away, someone stumbled upon the MUSE > BAND entry, wherein I noted two arguably funny band names (because who doesn't think of band names when they're bored?), and I placed them under the oft-used header of mine, "MUSE". For the uninitiated, MUSE entries are just that - random musings of mine.

Some poor soul thought, however, that I was attempting to change the name of a British band called "Muse." Perish the thought. I've never heard of the band Muse, and despite my overwhelming, nearly-omnipotent power to change bands' names on a whim, I've no desire to do so.

As shibbed notes, "ENGLAND RULES." Yes, shibbed, England does rule. Should you be from the fair isles of G.B., remember to vote Labour next week. Sorry if there was any confusion.

Coincidentally, shibbed, I'm touched that someone on the internet has started their very own blog in order to call me a dumbass. I mean, really.

2) Trapped by the Mormons has opened here in DC. So all you DC readers (or those of you travelling here between now and May 14), be sure to come see the only silent film satire about the evils of Mormonism playing on 7th Street right now. Showings daily (schedule is on the website, here).
