What a cool concept! Some other response than "yes" or "no", embraced by who other than those cuddly Discordians.
In Japanese, はい means "yes", いいえ means "no", but there's this third option that is something of a non-answer only in the sense that it points out the illogic behind a question. For example, to the question, "Have you stopped beating your wife yet," the only logical response is 無, which is somewhat analogous to answering "yes" to and either/or question.
